What Happened, Why the Post Was Taken Down, and What We've Done Since

Many of you already know that we were recently robbed. We've been advised to be cautious about what we share, but at the same time, we've received hundreds of messages asking what happened. While we must keep some details vague, we want to be as open as possible—and more importantly, help you stay safe.

What Happened

Since we started in 2017, our priority has always been providing the best service and the highest quality devices. Unfortunately, our strong reputation doesn’t just assure customers of top-tier products—it also makes us a target.

Recently, multiple individuals broke into our business. We didn’t recognize their faces or accents. They avoided most of our CCTV, even tearing down cameras inside our premises. Without going into too much detail, let's just say they were not nice people. They were prepared, they used force, and they took almost everything we had.

What We've Done Since

Rather than dwell on what happened, we’ve focused on strengthening our security and ensuring this never happens again. Here’s what we’ve done:

✅ Upgraded Security – Our business is now fortified, making a repeat incident virtually impossible.
✅ Stock Management – Most of our stock is now stored off-site, meaning we will only hold stock that has been pre-ordered.
✅ Enhanced Surveillance – We’ve installed extensive CCTV coverage, including hidden cameras that can’t be tampered with.
✅ Additional Protection – We now have our own protective pooch keeping watch, along with several other security measures that we won’t disclose publicly.

Is this overkill? Once, we might have thought so—but now, we believe security is absolutely essential.
